PassionRate Solutions LLC provides an automated email platform for reputation management. Our "Email Bots" facilitate communication between our clients and their customers.

User Responsibility

Clients using the PassionRate platform are responsible for ensuring that the email lists they upload or connect to our system have been obtained legally and that the recipients have an existing business relationship with the client.

Limitation of Liability

PassionRate Solutions LLC provides the software "as-is." We are not liable for any business interruptions, loss of data, or disputes between our clients and their customers resulting from the use of our automated email systems.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in "Spam" activities or violate the CAN-SPAM Act.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
