Answer: Once you select a plan and complete your purchase, the integration process follows a specific three-step engineering workflow:
1. Dashboard Deployment: I deploy a dedicated sub-account for your business within the PassionRate ecosystem. This includes a pre-configured snapshot containing all the necessary automation scripts, review filters, and calendar frameworks.
2. API Connection: We securely connect your Google Business Profile and existing communication channels (Email) to your new dashboard via API. This allows our systems to 'talk' to your customer data in real-time.
3. Automated Triggers: Once connected, the system monitors your customer interactions. When a service is completed, a trigger is pulled that automatically sends a review request to that specific customer. All engineering is handled on our backend; you simply continue your daily operations while the data flows through our automated pipeline.
