Answer: Once you select a plan and complete your purchase, the integration process follows a specific three-step engineering workflow:

1. Dashboard Deployment: I deploy a dedicated sub-account for your business within the PassionRate ecosystem. This includes a pre-configured snapshot containing all the necessary automation scripts, review filters, and calendar frameworks.

2. API Connection: We securely connect your Google Business Profile and existing communication channels (SMS/Email) to your new dashboard via API. This allows our systems to 'talk' to your customer data in real-time.

3. Automated Triggers: Once connected, the system monitors your customer interactions. When a service is completed, a trigger is pulled that automatically sends a review request to that specific customer. All engineering is handled on our backend; you simply continue your daily operations while the data flows through our automated pipeline.

Question 2: How much time will I need to spend managing this software?

Answer: Minimal to none. PassionRate is built to be a 'set it and forget it' system. Once the initial API connections are made, the automation runs in the background. You only need to log in if you want to view your analytics or manually respond to a customer message.
